You're eager to learn
While we regard having the right attitude as more important than experience, to provide the best quality care to our care recipients, you need to be willing and eager to learn.
There are opportunities for Support Workers to complete the Certificate III in Aged Care , Home and Community Care. We also offer a range of other training, including care recipient specific training.
You're looking for a career
We expect a lot from our Support Workers, so it's only fair that we treat you as a valued member of our team. We offer flexible shifts, so you can work mornings, afternoons or evenings, whichever suits you.
If you're interested in going further in the community care industry, Australian Home Care offers opportunities to develop your career. You may consider working towards becoming a Team Leader, Service Coordinator or Care Manager.
