Tracey is a Client Services Manager based in Melbourne.  In this video, she describes what her role involves and how it delivers additional value to the clients she works alongside.

Because Tracey’s role is one step removed from delivering the hands-on support clients require, she is free to visit clients, take the time to get to know them and understand their specific needs.
